• Pay: $75,000-$85,000/yr
• Hybrid Flexibility
• Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Perform balance sheet and bank account reconciliations.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules for management review.
• Analyze accounting data and investigate discrepancies or variances.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.
• Assist with fixed asset accounting, depreciation schedules, and inventory accounting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Support external audits by providing requested documentation and schedules.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis functions.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
