TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading provider of customized data center solutions supporting enterprise and hyperscale customers worldwide!

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to support the commercial execution of construction contracts across large-scale data center projects. This position serves as a key partner to Construction, Preconstruction, Legal, and Risk teams, ensuring awarded scopes are translated into well-structured contracts aligned with project cost, schedule, and risk objectives. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, construction industry knowledge, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
Translate awarded scopes and vendor selections into executable construction contracts.
Define contract structures, commercial terms, scope requirements, and financial frameworks.
Lead negotiations involving pricing structures, commercial terms, and risk allocation.
Evaluate vendor proposals to identify scope gaps, pricing inconsistencies, and potential commercial risks.
Structure agreements with clear inclusions, exclusions, cost drivers, and payment terms.
Partner with Construction and Preconstruction teams to ensure project requirements are accurately reflected in contracts.
Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and internal stakeholders to resolve contractual and commercial considerations.
Prepare and route agreements through internal approval processes for timely execution.
Provide real-time commercial guidance during vendor engagement and proposal review activities.

Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in construction procurement, preconstruction, commercial contracting, or related disciplines.
Strong understanding of construction cost structures, contract frameworks, and risk allocation principles.
Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements within project-based environments.
Experience collaborating with Legal, Risk, Construction, and Operations teams.
Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects preferred.
Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms is a plus.
