Job Summary

All IT Solutions is seeking a CyberArk Engineer to join a client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Interview Rounds: 1–2 panel video interview
• Provide day-to-day operational support for IAM platforms, including CyberArk and internally developed IAM applications
• Execute business-as-usual (BAU) activities such as account unlocks, unsuspensions, onboarding, offboarding, password rotations, health checks, and access lifecycle management
• Analyze, create, validate, implement, and close change requests in accordance with established IT service management processes
• Support IAM integration teams and internal stakeholders by resolving operational issues and fulfilling service requests
• Perform operational hygiene activities, including human and non-human account cleanup, entitlement reviews, access certifications, and audit support
• Investigate and troubleshoot incidents, assist with root cause analysis, and support platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using scripting, APIs, and other automation technologies
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support to ensure high availability and reliability of IAM services
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, and audit controls

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Information Security, Identity & Access Management, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience with
• Or comparable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
• Proven experience supporting IAM operational environments with defined SLAs and operational metrics
• Experience managing change requests throughout the entire lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, implementation, and closure
• Strong scripting and automation skills using
• PowerShell, Python, REST APIs
• Or similar technologies
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts, including
• User provisioning and deprovisioning
• Access governance
• Role-based access control (RBAC)
• Privileged access management (PAM)
• Authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• CyberArk certifications such as
• Defender, Sentry, or Guardian
• Experience supporting custom-developed or in-house IAM applications
• Familiarity with
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Windows/Linux administration
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud platforms such as
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management processes
• Experience working in highly regulated or large enterprise environments
